Withdrawal

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

• In the case of a purchase contract: in which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
• In the case of a contract for several goods that the consumer has ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the last goods.
• In the case of a contract for the delivery of a product in several partial shipments or pieces: in which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece.
• In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period: on which you or a third party named by you, who is not a carrier, took or has taken possession of the first goods.

When several alternatives meet, the last point in time is decisive.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (M.A.H.Bildungs- und Handels-GmbH, Evgeny Reznik, Alt-Mariendorf 60 12107 Berlin, +49 30 644 96 057 , evg.reznik@mozart-house.de ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

After withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we have to repay all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to M.A.H.Bildungs- und Handels-GmbH, Evgeny Reznik, Alt-Mariendorf 60 12107 Berlin immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract via +49 30 644 96 057 or evg.reznik@mozart-house.to return or hand over via post. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.
